Malaysia Airlines to suspend BNE flights

Effective 09 August 2015 Malaysia Airlines have cancelled their daily MH134/135 service into Brisbane operated by A330-300s. Malaysia Airlines this week adjusted its inventory which sees further downsizing to its operation. The airline’s new CEO, Mr Christopher Mueller, has declared the carrier “technically bankrupt” and is undertaking these drastic measures after the tragic events of MH17 and MH370 in 2014.

Malaysia Airlines commenced flights into Brisbane on 01 November 1990 with Douglas DC-10 9M-MAV operated MH27 KUL/BNE/AKL. Since the airline has operated the Boeing 747-400, Boeing 777-200 and Airbus A330-200/300.
